Dear Sisters and Brothers in Christ at Mt. Olive,

Last Saturday morning, December 5th, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ took the soul of our Christian brother, Ronald Wesley Maly, home to Himself. An obituary prepared by his sons, Lonn, Mark, and Kevin Maly, together with a photo of Ron, accompanies this note, detailing the many blessings with which the Lord filled Ron’s earthly life.

A private memorial service for the Maly family will be conducted at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church tomorrow, Friday December 11th, at 12:00 Noon. The service will also be live streamed simultaneously on Mt. Olive’s Facebook page and will be accessible there by Ron’s extended family members, friends, and fellow members of Christ’s body at Mt. Olive. The service will also be recorded, posted online, and available for viewing later Mt. Olive’s Facebook page, YouTube channel, and website.

The Maly family has designated Mt. Olive Lutheran Church to be the recipient of memorials given in Ron’s memory. They may be sent to Mt. Olive at 5625 Franklin Avenue, Des Moines, IA 50310, or give online at https://molcs.org/church/donate, and email our Financial Officer to let her know of the designation to the Maly memorial (rene.shepard@molcs.org).

Correspondence may be emailed to the family at ronaldmaly@gmail.com or sent by US Postal Service in care of Mark Maly, 270 23rd St, West Des Moines, IA 50265

                                                                                    Your brother in Christ’s service,

                                                                                      Pastor Mark Kleckner
