Lutheran Church Extension Fund
As you may know, our construction loan and refinancing is with the Lutheran Church Extension Fund of LCEF. We have been receiving annual rebates based on the number of LCEF Investors affiliated with our church and school and we have a new opportunity. The rebate program is changing this year to an interest rate reduction. We currently qualify for a 0.375% reduction but if we register just 24 new investors before the end of September, that will increase to 0.5% reduction. That rate would be fixed for the next 5 years!!
If you have children or grandchildren that could benefit from the Young Investor’s Club or if you could take advantage of a new Steward Account, Emergency Fund Account or one of the various Term notes they offer, please let us know!
