JOIN US FOR CRAFT NIGHT
Do you enjoy stitchery or working on a craft project? Do you have some project you’ve been wanting to find time for? Or perhaps you are longing for a break to just stop and visit with others. Bring your project and come join us for our first craft night – an hour to come and hang out with other crafters, work on our projects, encourage each other and perhaps meet a new friend!
We are beginning a monthly craft night, starting Monday, February 6th, from 7:00 – 8:00 pm, in the church library.
All women (and men) are welcome to join us! For this month we encourage you to bring your own portable project to work on, or just come and hang out with us, even if you are not a crafter. Any project or activity that’s easily portable will work. It doesn’t have to be a typical “craft” type project. (I’m thinking of boxes of family pictures that I need to sort!)
In future months we may offer knitting or crocheting lessons for anyone who would like to learn, or we may plan a group craft to work on together. If you have a skill to share or ideas for a group project, we’d love to hear about it! No need to sign up; just show up and join us. If you have questions, contact Christine at 515-306-0006.
